Certificate Employer Partner (CEP) offers a platform for measuring the impact of excelling HR practices on organizational success and a solution to building an organizational culture that attracts and retains top talent. Bringing together more than 100 companies and over 50 HR experts, CEP methodology and recognition can significantly improve employer branding and business results.
Mission & Challenges
Employer Partner (previously: CEP) wanted to sound more personal, open and human, as their previous branding felt too corporate, outdated and structured. However, they still wanted to keep brand recognition, but adapt by developing a new brand strategy that will be in line with the 21st century. Along with that, our mission was to prevent wrong usage of Employer Partner’s branding, make consistent visuals and messaging on all platforms (and countries), and to increase people’s trust in Employer Partner process and certification.
Exploration Of Concepts
We had various ideas, but the client really wanted to use their previous shape/logo in the new identity, which is a simple hexagon, but to be used in a creative and abstract way.
While exploring, we’ve tried a bunch of various combinations of two hexagons (resembling EmployerPartner and to-be-certified organization) to get a unique and sleek feel to it. Besides that, we wanted to portrait a simple, but moving-forward story throughout the logo. When we expanded these 4 main ideas, we selected a few of them and developed them into digital concepts that were presented to the client.

When we started working on a rebranding, for each concept we’ve developed we had to take into consideration a lot of elements/materials, as the brand expands their logo and visual system everywhere – business cards, posters, notebooks, walls, awards, certificates, etc.
The idea was to refresh a website, but to keep the client questionnaire on the homepage and emphasize the benefits of collaborating with Employer Partner. Besides that, the previous site had no Process explained so we brainstormed how to easily and understandably showcase the process of becoming a certified employer via few simple steps and images.

Exactly what we wanted! Employer Partner rebranding was not an easy task. We wanted to keep the tradition to show our core values such as partnership and trust, but at the same time, we wanted to transform the brand into a modern symbol that shows constant change and growth. I can only say that the solution that Ivan came up with his team was above expectations.
